Go to a Museum βœ” Summer Bucket List

Are you a big ol’ nerd who is proud of enjoying all of life’s educational moments? Then we should get along great!

Personally, I think museums are a great family activity where kids and adults can equally have a neat experience. So when my family came to visit me in Dallas, we took the opportunity to visit the Perot Museum of Nature and Science. There was an awesome Mayan exhibit going on, but we couldn’t spring for the extra cost in tickets. No worries though, the main exhibits are still an awesome time!

Robots, dinosaurs, rocks, cars of the future, sports, kids activities…you name it, they got it. It was an awesome time running around with the kids, watching them get excited as they learned why experiments worked, and at the same time, I got to feed my nerdy need for knowledge.

This goes to show that even rainy day activities can contribute to an eventful summer!

-Cheers from the balcony! 🍷
